Bernard Williams, II

A native of Birmingham, Alabama and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Bernard Williams, II is an anointed vocalist, worship leader, songwriter, actor, teacher, and minister. The son of a Baptist pastor, Bernard grew up in the church. At age 6, it was evident there was a calling on his life to serve others. His passion is to reach the world through his voice and gift of love.

Bernard was among the top 40 contestant on Fox Network’s American Idol during Season 7, and a semi-finalist on GMC’s Gospel Dream (Season 3).

He has had the opportunity to travel the world sharing his gifts, and has shared the platform with a number of renowned artists, including Al Green, Kim Burrell, Dr. Judith McAllister, Israel Houghton, Darwin Hobbs, and Kirk Franklin.

Bernard currently serves as worship leader and Senior Director of Worship and Arts at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, GA.

He resides in Georgia with his wife, Deirdre, and their two daughters, Makaela, age 2, and Averie, age 1.
